FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • specific accountant appointed for your property
  • systematic condominium fee collection

MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

  • regular visits and inspections of the property
  • detailed semi-annual physical inspections of the property
  • establishment of preventive maintenance and energy management programs (after the first two years)

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

  • preparation of budget, specifying operating and capital items, analysis of repair and maintenance needs, operating expenses and any capital improvements if required, for Board approval
  • placement of insurance to protect the condominium corporation, its directors and officers
  • maintenance of books and records
  • Co-ordination and attendance at all Board meetings - Property Manager and District Manager (as required) will attend the annual general meeting
