REQUEST FOR STATUS CERTIFICATE

MenRes Property Management Inc. will provide you with a status certificate upon written request within 10 days as required on the Condominium Act via email or through soft copy on a USB stick, which must be picked up on site. Payment must be received before the status certificate will be issued. Please click on the appropriate link below to request the certificate.

Please note that management will require your written request along with a certified cheque payable to MenRes Property Management Inc. Both the written request and the certified cheque must be received together before the 10-day processing period begins.
