REQUEST FOR STATUS CERTIFICATE

In accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998, MenRes Property Management Inc. will provide you with a status certificate upon request within 10 days of receipt of a written request and payment. Status Certificates may be ordered in one of the following two methods;

Online Order (Condo Control Central)
You may click on the link below to order the Status Certificate online and submit payment via credit card. You will require the property address, unit number as well as any other relevant information when submitting.

In Person or By Mail
You may submit a written request or complete the request form to Property Management, available from the Property Manager of your Corporation. You will be required to make payment of $100 by certified cheque or money order (payable to MenRes Property Management Inc.). Both the written request and the certified cheque must be received together before the 10-day processing period begins.
